The holiday season is a time for giving, sharing, and spreading joy. This year, you can make your holiday even more meaningful by combining your love for tattoos with a chance to help children in need. From December 1st to December 31st, bring in a new, unwrapped toy worth $50 or more and receive 10% off your next tattoo. This offer is a token of appreciation for supporting the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program, which has been brightening the holidays for underprivileged children since 1947.

How Toys for Tots Makes a Difference

The Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program has a long history of helping children who might otherwise go without gifts during the holidays. Each year, thousands of families across the United States receive toys donated by generous individuals and organizations. These toys bring smiles and hope to children facing difficult circumstances.

The program accepts a wide variety of toys, including:

  • Board games and puzzles

  • Action figures and dolls

  • Educational activities and books

  • Art supplies and craft kits

By donating a toy, you directly contribute to a child’s happiness and help create lasting memories during the holiday season.

How You Can Participate and Save on Your Next Tattoo

Participating in this holiday initiative is simple. Just bring a new, unwrapped toy valued at $50 or more to the tattoo studio between December 1st and December 31st. In return, you will receive a 10% discount on your next tattoo appointment. This offer is a way to say thank you for your generosity and support.

Here are some tips to make the most of this opportunity:

  • Choose toys that are age-appropriate and in good condition

  • Consider educational or creative toys that encourage learning and imagination

  • Avoid toys with small parts for younger children to ensure safety

  • Plan your tattoo appointment ahead to use your discount within the studio’s guidelines

This initiative not only helps children but also encourages the tattoo community to come together for a good cause.

Why Giving Matters During the Holidays

The holiday season can be challenging for many families, especially those struggling financially. Toys for Tots helps bridge the gap by providing gifts that children might not otherwise receive. Giving a toy is more than just a donation; it’s a way to share hope, joy, and kindness.

Supporting this program also strengthens community bonds. When you donate a toy and get a tattoo discount, you join a group of people who care about making a positive impact. It’s a reminder that small actions can create big changes.

Ideas for Choosing the Perfect Toy Donation

Selecting the right toy can make your donation even more special. Here are some ideas to consider:

  • Games and puzzles: Great for family bonding and developing problem-solving skills

  • Action figures and dolls: Encourage imaginative play and storytelling

  • Educational kits: Science sets, building blocks, or art supplies promote creativity and learning

  • Books: Picture books or beginner readers help foster a love of reading

Make sure the toy is new and unwrapped to meet the program’s requirements. Your thoughtful choice will brighten a child’s holiday and show that you care.

Final Thoughts on Giving Back and Getting Inked

This holiday season, you have a unique chance to give back and enjoy a creative reward. By donating a new toy worth $50 or more, you support the Toys for Tots mission and receive a 10% discount on your next tattoo. It’s a win-win that spreads joy to children and celebrates your passion for body art.

Take part in this meaningful tradition and help make the holidays brighter for families in need. Bring your toy donation to the studio before December 31st and get ready to wear your new tattoo with pride, knowing you made a difference.

I’m a Marine, and I’ve always been proud that the Marines were responsible for Toys for Tots. The organization has existed before all of us. 1947. Good job Tony, for participating in this. I knew I picked the right artist. 🤗
