Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policies Deposit Policy: The $1,000 deposit for auto-pay weekly subscribers is non-refundable and reserves your 1-on-1 apprenticeship placement. Upon successful completion and graduation, the full $1,000 deposit is applied as a credit toward your final tuition balance. Cancellation & Auto-Pay Termination: If an apprentice voluntarily leaves or is terminated for cause mid-way, recurring weekly or monthly auto-pay billing ceases immediately. Past paid installments and the $1,000 deposit are non-refundable to cover administrative and mentorship allocation time. Studio Closure / Relocation Guarantee: In the unlikely event of an emergency studio closure or relocation, any unused pre-paid tuition or unearned payments will be fully refunded. Academic & Sanitation Standards: Graduation is earned through performance and safety. Extreme cases of neglect, inability to master basic health/hygiene standards, or active resistance to educational and industry norms will result in program disqualification without refund. Non-Compete Protection: Apprentices who drop out or are terminated prior to graduation agree not to set up a tattoo practice in Tracy proper using Mabee Ink's partial training and proprietary templates. Full graduates have zero location restrictions. Media & Promotional License: Apprentices retain 100% copyright of original art. Mabee Ink reserves a limited, non-exclusive license to use images, videos, and artwork created during the program for marketing and promotional purposes.
