Cancellation Policy

General Terms (Applicable to All Services): 1. Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. 2. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing the deposit. 3. Rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice will transfer the deposit to the new appointment. 4. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours result in a forfeited deposit. 5. Emergencies and illnesses are considered on a case-by-case basis. 6. For sessions running late, a grace period of 30 minutes is allowed. Arriving later than this without notice will result in the appointment being canceled, and the deposit forfeited. Sleeve Package Policy Deposit Required: $500 • Cancellations must follow the general terms. • Rescheduling Limit: Clients can reschedule up to 2 times. After the second reschedule, a new $500 deposit will be required. • For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited. Any additional rebooking will require a $250 rescheduling fee. • Clients who arrive late for a sleeve package session by more than 1 hour will have the session treated as a no-show, resulting in the forfeiture of the deposit.
