The client wanted a vibrant piece symbolizing their love for fantasy literature, academic achievements, and the pursuit of knowledge. I utilized clean, traditional illustrative outlines and packed highly saturated earth tones and jewel colors into the book spines to make the piece vibrant. I posed the gryphon proudly atop the stack to create a triumphant, whimsical feel that echoes classic fantasy novel illustrations.
