Cthulhu's Call

This piece celebrates the client's fascination with cosmic horror and the ominous, world-ending mythology of H.P. Lovecraft’s Cthulhu. I used heavy, dripping black ink and high-contrast shading on the tentacles to maximize the creature's menacing texture and readability. I staged the ancient deity with piercing red eyes and a looming vertical composition to give the viewer a sense of overwhelming, existential dread.
