Deep Blue Spirit

A Polynesian inspired turtle tattoo to commemorate a deep personal connection to ocean conservation, and a respect for marine life. I created this piece using saturated black packing on the flippers and head, to contrast the symmetrical geometric line patterns. The tattoo was placed squarely center of the forearm, aligning the turtles natural axis with the limbs anatomy to create a balanced focal point
